As a group therapist my job is to create a safe and confidential space where you can begin to build relationships with other individuals struggling to negotiate similar life obstacles. This shared experience allows you to gain insight into the problem, while also normalizing the issues and reminding yourself that you're not alone. The group can help you discover your own solution and enhance the skills you already have in place. My role as the facilitator will be to help guide the process, maintain structure, and provide expertise.
